Very early unsigned Dior.
This is designed by Francis Winter for Christian Dior. Francis Winter designs were always unsigned .
Francis Winter was a premier French parurier (costume jeweler) who designed and produced highly intricate costume jewelry for Christian Dior from the late 1940s through the 1950s. Known for romantic creations featuring Austrian crystals, he was one of the key artisanal partners defining the "Dior look," often working with designers like Roger Jean Pierre.
This is an exception piece and in fabulous condition. One stone at the back of the necklace is a little crooked but is secure in its setting.

The necklace has the hook clasp and stamped made in France. This was the usual mark of unsigned Dior pieces .

The necklace has remarkable coloured stones. Called iris stones . They are such incredible colours it shows up multi coloured from green to purple and most primary colours also.
Measures 16 inches in length .
