A very special antique piece. Dating from the Georgian era. A really fabulous antique piece to add into your collection.
Beautiful antique brooch decorated with an oval citrine surrounded by seed pearls, with an outer ring of round garnets. The back has an inscription 'M J Dunn, 1830'. A very unique piece especially with the wording on the reverse. Hook fastening. All stones remain intact, all pearls are present and in a good condition for the age. I must say the garnets are exquisite. One of the garnets at the bottom appears to have a tiny little chip but very small. Does not notice. Back of the brooch has some wear to the metal. Measures 1.3 inches.
