Antique Micromosaic Festoon Necklace With Scarab Beetle Rare

A fabulous example of micro-mosaic antique jewellery 

This particular piece is very unusual as it features a beetle in the drop part centre piece.

The necklace does have two small pieces of glass missing, this is near the side part of the necklace on the drop pieces. These are in the middle of the two pieces . 

I cannot see any other pieces missing. As these are near the side they don't tend to notice as much. And very small pieces .

The necklace is absolutely stunning. Attention to detail is incredible.

The back of the necklace is a brass metal.

The clasp is an old style slide and works well.

The measurements are length 17.5 inches.

This is a magnificent collectors piece .
